Reflecting on a Year of Photography
2024 marked a special milestone in my journey as a Cedar Rapids photographer. This year, I expanded into maternity photography—a decision that filled my schedule with love, excitement, and stunning glowing moms! From first-time mothers to those expecting their fifth bundle of joy, every maternity session brought its own unique story.

The studio in Downtown Cedar Rapids is a favorite among my clients (and me!). There’s something magical about the vintage brick walls and cozy vibe that bring a timeless quality to every session. My studio location will change this spring, but The Cherry Building studio will hold a special place in my heart. - Local Hangouts I Love:
After a busy morning session, I often stop by Lu’s Deli for a delicious sandwich. If I have a little extra time, I love wandering through the Cherry Building and supporting local businesses. - Seasonal Markets and Community Events:
Cedar Rapids never runs out of charm or fun! From exploring the NewBo City Market to soaking in the festive vibes of local events, this city offers endless inspiration for creativity.
